The market for store bought cakes, cookies and snacking has been slowly increasing over the last couple of years. However, Karen Volf, who is the leader in this market, didn’t experience the same increase of sales.


To increase the relevance of the brand’s position in the market, especially amongst the younger segment, and strengthen the quality perception, a brand rejuvenation was performed by changing the look and feel of the brand’s packaging design. This led to a historic increase in sales.
