Campaign platform and embarrassing situations fuel
the digital journey of transport service organisation

When the physical bus pass and tickets went digital, Midttrafik needed to get both young and old citizens to use the transportation service’s mobile apps.

To do this we created the platform ‘Kom nemt videre’ (Moving on made easy) as a main theme for three campaigns, with the promise that it is easy and convenient to both shift to and use the digital solutions – as well as travel with Midttrafik in general.

With the message ‘Ticket – anytime, anywhere’, one of the creative executions consisted of a humorous and distinctive campaign with embarrassing and dull situations, you really just want to get away from as fast as possible…

The result was a record high sale in Midttrafik’s app in the campaign period.
