The young talents get the chance to show their value and worth the first two months through an internship with a possible 6 to 12 month project employment afterwards. Thereafter, we will assess, whether a further cooperation should continue in the form of a permanent hire.
The talent programme is one of the first new additions, to be introduced by the new CEO:
”At Envision we believe, we have an obligation to help create the creatives of the future. We see the talent program as a good solution for both sides, where we get new input from young talents and they get the opportunity to gain concreate experience within the industry,” Anders Tranæs
Creative Director, Peter Boe is responsible for the talent programme through the daily management, but the junior creatives will have a personal mentor in one of the agency’s senior creatives. The young talents will work as a team on their own projects, as well as, assist the rest of the creatives at the agency.
